2020 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD

There are five different trim levels to choose from for the 2020 Chevrolet 3500HD: Work Truck, Custom, LT, LTZ, and High Country. All five let you select from several cab and bed options. The Work Truck gives you a traditional cab with a long bed. You can also have it with a double cab and either a standard or a long bed. If you want it with a crew cab, you can get it with either a standard or long bed.

Two engine options are available for the new Silverado 3500HD. If you prefer gas engines, you can get a 6.6-liter V-8 engine that uses regular unleaded fuel. If you opt for the diesel version, you get a 6.6-liter Duramax turbo-diesel engine that produces a robust 445 horsepower. It also gives you the strength of 910 pound-feet of torque. An Allison 10-speed automatic transmission works with this engine to give you a smooth ride.

When it comes to performance, you can choose the axle set up that fits your needs. You have the option of a front-wheel drive single axle truck or a double axle truck. There are also four-wheel-drive versions of both axle setups available for all of the vehicles.

Add the proper equipment and use your new truck to haul almost anything you need. The gas engine handles a maximum trailering load of 17,370 pounds. The diesel option handles up to 35,500 pounds with the proper equipment. Keep an eye on your load with the trailering mirrors.
