2020 GMC Sierra 1500

The 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 is available in six different trim levels: Sierra, SLE, Elevation, SLT, AT4, and Denali. All six trims give you the option between various cab and box combinations to create your perfect truck. If you prefer a crew cab, you'll have the choice between a short box or a standard box on all of the trims. The Sierra also gives you the option of a regular cab with a standard box. A double cab with a standard box is available for all of the trims, except the Denali.

All of the trucks include a large tailgate step so you can access the bed of your vehicle quickly. A six-function multipro tailgate is available for the Elevation. It is standard on the SLT, AT4, and Denali. The tailgate allows you to keep large items safe with the load stop. It can also convert to a step. As you design your perfect Sierra 1500, there are five different engine choices available. The 4.3-liter ECOTEC3 V-6 gives you 285 horsepower and 305 pound-feet of torque. For more power, consider the 5.3-liter ECOTEC3 V-8 that generates 355 horsepower and 383 pound-feet of torque. There is also a 5.3-liter ECOTEC3 V-8 with direct fuel management.

A 2.7-liter turbo engine produces 310 horsepower and 348 pound-feet of torque. It works with an eight-speed automatic transmission for a smooth ride. Diesel fans enjoy a 3.0-liter Duramax turbo-diesel I6 engine with a 10-speed automatic transmission. This powerful block produces 277 horsepower and 460 pound-feet of torque.

When it comes to performance, your 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 is ready for anything. The AT4 features a factory-installed 2-inch suspension lift for your off-road adventure. You'll be able to tow your RV or boat along on your weekend adventures, when this truck is properly equipped. With the Sierra, SLE, Elevation, and SLT trims, you can tow up to 12,100 pounds. AT4 owners can tow a maximum of 9,800 pounds, while the Denali can tow up to 9,600 pounds.

The SLT features heated seats to keep you comfortable. There is plenty of storage space in the cab with the available rear seatback storage. It has room for your umbrella, charging cords, or other small items. You can also add under-seat storage for even more space.
